When Orders Go Missing

From time to time, and through no fault of our own, sometimes things just go missing but don't panic. Make contact and we will try and track it down.

*Please note that parcels need to be missing for at least 2 weeks before we can either refund or exchange items. This is to ensure that items are definitely missing and not just delayed in the postal system. This is also due to Royal Mail's terms and conditions.

Returns

Return Cost

The cost of return is to be paid by the customer. Please ensure the item is packaged carefully and gain proof of postage or send via recorded delivery.

30 Days to Return

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you have 30 days to return for a full refund. Please ensure the item has not been worn and is in the condition with packaging as it arrived. Please return to:

Refunds and Exchanges

Always happy to refund or exchange for another product if you are not entirely happy. Goods received back damaged cannot unfortunately be exchanged. *The delivery charge on the original order is not refunded.
